Kim McCann

Kim has 40 years in conveyancing experience, working for Keith Whitaker since 1987.


Over the years, she has developed relationships with various estate agents and clients, having been involved with opening sectional title registers, subdivisions, consolidations, mortgage bonds, Deceased Estate and Insolvency transactions, transfers and Sectional title transfers.


Her emphasis is to work around clients’ personal needs, constantly updating and giving support during the process.


Kim is also available to assist in the negotiations and drafting of agreements of sale in private transactions.

Patsy van Vuuren

Patsy has been a paralegal for 40 years originating from the Free State and has worked for Keith Whitaker since 2013.

 

She has worked in all the legal departments and has specialised in deceased estates for the past 20 years.  She is compassionate and treats the clients with the utmost respect and offers support to the family during this traumatic and emotional time protecting the interests of your loved ones.  She strives to keep to deadlines and tries her best to finalise the estate in the shortest time possible.

 

She is also geared to assist with advice relating to Wills, drafting and signing thereof.

Yr Kojetin

Yr Kojetin completed her Masters in Law in 2010 from Reykjavik University in Iceland, where she was born and raised.

 

Yr first came to South Africa in 2002 when she came to work as a volunteer during her “gap” year and fell in love with the country, its climate, and the people. She came back to South Africa as an exchange student during her law studies and has lived here since. For some years Yr worked in the diplomatic field and assisted European companies to enter the South African market. In 2020 Yr joined Keith Whitaker Attorney and decided to pursue her legal degree further and is currently obtaining her LLB as she wishes to become an admitted attorney and to be able to practice in South Africa.

 

Yr has special interest in helping others, which combines well with her various work areas in the legal field, such as the administration of deceased estates, drafting antenuptial contracts and wills, and providing general legal guidance to clients.

Sabelo Tshabalala

Sabelo Tshabalala is born and raised in Gauteng and joined the team of Keith Whitaker Attorney in February 2019.

 

Sabelo is currently obtaining his Higher Certificate in Paralegal Studies at UNISA and aspires to become an attorney. Sabelo has excellent people skills and a friendly attitude, which serves him and the firm well as he attends the Masters Office, Deeds Office, and the Courts on a regular basis.

 

Sabelo loves football and dedicates his weekends to that hobby.

Nicky du Plessis

Nicky du Plessis

Nicky worked in the Banking and Financial Services sectors prior to starting her own Bookkeeping service. She has a passion for Financial Management and joined the team of Keith Whitaker Attorney in May 2017.

 

She has more than 30 years experience in bookkeeping for global and local companies and  specializes in Legal bookkeeping and bookkeeping for small to medium businesses.

 

Her hobbies are photography, cooking and horse riding and spends weekends having fun with her horses and friends.
